These celebrations may be traditional, a pre-COVID norm, but they are also hard-won and certainly well-deserved. By all accounts, 2022 was an eventful and challenging year for HDB. Flying the Service Flag High

Every year, the Municipal Services Office (MSO) celebrates and recognises the efforts of outstanding individuals, teams and community partners who go the extra mile to address municipal issues and improve the living environment of our residents.

MSO accords the annual Municipal Services Awards (MSA) as part of the OneService Recognition Framework. In 2022, 14 HDB staff bagged the MSA (Apex) Award, Certificate of Commendation and Certificate of Appreciation in the Team and Community categories. With these honours, it is evident that the service flag in HDB is flying high!
